Help with saving changes and downloading reports

Company and postal address

Equity.me is operated by Wayfaring B.V., Eenhoornstraat 5, 2271 GL Voorburg, Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration: 89696441.

For support, email hello@wayfaring.nl while forwarding for help@equity.me is being configured. For postal correspondence, mark your letter “Equity.me” and describe the issue. Do not include passwords, full bank account numbers or original financial documents.

A change failed or you cannot tell whether it saved

Copy any unsaved text and keep the exact error message. Refresh the dossier to check its current state before trying the action again. The activity log in dossier settings can help you check whether it was recorded.

When reporting the problem, include the action, approximate time, browser and device. Leave out passwords and private financial documents.

A report will not download

Open Report while signed in and check whether the browser blocked the download. Try the fictional PDF on the sample settlement report page to see whether the issue also affects that file. You do not need to send your full dossier to report a download error.

You have a question about a charge

For a payment or refund question, email hello@wayfaring.nl with your checkout email and payment reference. Do not send card details. An amount entered manually in Costs is a record, not a payment receipt. Read the dossier fee and cost-sharing explanation for how the fee enters your balance.

You want to export or delete account data

Open Profile and account for the account controls. You must resolve dossier memberships before deleting the account data. The privacy policy and deletion information explains leaving a shared dossier versus deleting one you own.
