See what is proposed and what both people have accepted
A home value, one partner’s preference and an agreed arrangement are different records. Keeping them separate prevents a draft figure from looking like a decision. When a proposal changes, its previous confirmations are cleared.
The house buyout calculator compares selected methods. The dossier adds supporting records, shared comments and each partner’s confirmation. The sample property settlement report shows how that distinction appears in an export.
Software funded by a dossier fee
The consumer service is funded by a one-time fee for a shared dossier, covering both partners. The application has no mortgage broker referral form, advertising trackers or lead-selling integration.
Equity.me does not appraise the property, choose legal entitlements or provide professional advice. Those decisions remain outside the software. Its job is to organise the information and calculate the consequences of the assumptions entered.
Dossier access and support
A paid dossier includes 12 months of access for both partners. Email hello@wayfaring.nl for payment, access or report questions. The privacy policy describes saved records, optional profile information and deletion, including the processing details still being finalised.
