Why the €140,000 home equity is excluded

The home is recorded at €420,000 with a €280,000 mortgage. Jamie has confirmed the proposed arrangement, but Alex has not. The report therefore excludes the €140,000 equity from its agreed-item balance.

The partial payment uses three agreed entries: the dining table, city bicycle and savings. The home and reading chair remain open. You can expand the calculation in the preview to see how the €6,015 payment is derived.

What you can check in the PDF

The report identifies the participants, currency, selected asset split and confirmation progress. Each entry has its own record of values, proposed arrangement and shared comments. Private notes do not appear.

If you import a calculator scenario, its saved assumptions remain an unconfirmed snapshot with the property details. They do not replace the shared balance or another participant’s approval.

Review the report before sending it

Check the participants, currency and reference dates, then read the unresolved entries. Shared comments are included, so review what you intend the recipient to receive. Send supporting documents separately when they are needed; the PDF is a record of the discussion, not an evidence bundle.

The downloaded file will not update. Agree which dated copy is being reviewed and replace it after changes to values or proposals. A report does not carry out the financing or ownership transfer described in the house buyout process. The dossier pricing page explains the proposed fee.

Supporting documents and the CSV export

Attached document names appear in the report; the uploaded mortgage statements and other PDFs remain separate.

The CSV contains shared item records, including valuations, proposals and comments. It is useful for reviewing the underlying entries in a spreadsheet, but is not the designed PDF report. Neither shared export includes private notes.
